This allows us to obtain a thorough knowledge of the culture, professional environment, operations and strategic growth plans, as well as the position's legal function, purpose, and role in the organization. We then develop a job profile.

EXECUTE THE SEARCH

Based on the job profile, we conduct a customized search. We contact candidates with the requisite substantive experience who oftentimes are not actively looking to make a change and bring these opportunities to their attention.

SCREEN AND INTERVIEW

We thoroughly interview each attorney as we seek a fit in terms of substantive experience, capabilities, personality and skill sets. Based on this assessment, we forward information about qualified candidates to the client.

COORDINATE THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

We coordinate interview schedules, advising and counseling both clients and candidates during the interview process. We provide prompt, detailed feedback to both parties, and assist in addressing any obstacles. We ensure that both the client and candidate are aware of compensation expectations.

NEGOTIATE THE OFFER

When requested, we assist in compensation negotiations when an offer is extended.
